Friday night I was lucky enough to be a part of a fashion show for a great cause. The cause was breast cancer, something that one in eight woman will have to deal with in their lifetime. A cause that is near and dear to me as I have lost loved ones to the disease. “For The Love Of Boobs” is an American Cancer Society event that Amy Theberge has been putting on in Portland for the past three years. This wonderful event was crazy fun and a great excuse for me to walk down a runway wearing Trina Turk while drinking a PBR! Check it out The Mercs write up of it here.
Natalie was helping out with the show, collecting information about all the designers and shops involved. I really loved her high wasted skirt which she told me was from H&M!
Love the way she paired it with a simple striped boat neck tee.
One of the models styled head to toe by Hollywood Babylon.
I was into this neutral colored vintage 60’s dress. That’s Bridget, owner of Hollywood Babylon on the right with one of her models.
Look at this model’s adorable lil’ model daughter – so cute! The hand warmer and knee highs and Mary-Jane’s are too sweet.
UPDATE: I just found out today that this event raised over $4000 dollars on Friday!!! Yay Amy and co. – thank you so much for all of your hard work!
